Detailed below are the full Terms & Conditions that you agree to when engaging in any service provided by The Adventure Tails Dog Training.
You, the owner & client:

1. Accept that photos and videos will be taken of your dog during their training sessions.
The Adventure Tails reserves the right to share this content to our social media or on our website, unless explicitly told otherwise by the owner.

2. Accept that your dog will be trained in all weather conditions excluding inclement/extreme weather.
Inclement/extreme weather conditions includes: Hours of the day forecasted to be 36 degrees and above, Storms inc. lightning, thunder, Gale Force Wind Warning, Hail, Severe Rain

3. Accept that in inclement weather conditions The Adventure Tails Dog Training retains the right to change to an indoor session in your home or other suitable location.

4. Understand that The Adventure Tails Dog Training can reschedule appointment dates and times at any time, or offer a training credit for that session if a suitable alternative time cannot be agreed upon.

5. Accept that The Adventure Tails Dog Training Retains the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions. In such an event your session will be rescheduled or a training credit will be applied.

6. Accept that my dog may return from a training session wet and/or dirty. The Adventure Tails Dog Training will not be held responsible for any cleaning or grooming costs associated with training sessions.

7. Ensure that your dog is in good health, up to date with all vaccinations, flea and worm treatments and that you have made The Adventure Tails Dog Training aware of any pre existing medical conditions.

8. Agree that all behavioural concerns have been discussed with The Adventure Tails Dog Training either prior to initial consult or during initial consult. Any withholding of information related to reactivity/aggression/bite history will make owners liable for their dogs actions during training sessions.

9. Understand that The Adventure Tails Dog Training is a qualified and fully insured canine service provider.

10. Understand that my dog may be transported to training locations by The Adventure Tails Dog Training via motor vehicle.

11. Accept that any harm/damage caused to or caused by your dog is your responsibility and that you as the owner are financially responsible for the damage caused.

12. Accept that The Adventure Tails Dog Training withholds the right to refuse continual training to a dog either before, during or after a session. 

13. Accept That The Adventure Tails Dog Training will not accept responsibility for injury, illness, displacement or loss of clients dogs.

14. Accept that The Adventure Tails Dog Training will use their own training equipment during sessions. If personal training equipment is provided by the owner it must be in good condition, and The Adventure Tails Dog Training will not be held responsible for any harm caused to or by that equipment. 

15. Accept that The Adventure Tails Dog Training will put my dogs health and wellbeing first

16. Accept the cancellation and payment policy:

16.a. Payment Policy
Full payment is required on the day of the scheduled training session.
Payment can be made in full by either cash or bank transfer.
Failure to pay in full on the day of the scheduled training session may result in current and/or future sessions being cancelled, as well as a 25% surcharge on top of the original cost.

16.b. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice of your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid funds or a rescheduled appointment.

For cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of your schedules session 100% of the session fees will be charged, unless cancelled due to extenuating circumstance (please contact directly in these situations.)
There is no refund policy for change of mind.

I understand that circumstances can change, but I kindly ask that you respect my time and try to book in times that work for you/stick to your scheduled session times.
